Hi, I'm Alissa.
I became a Systemic Constellations Facilitator during my career as a Design Director and went looking for better answers to life’s big questions about identity, purpose, and potential.
My insistence on holistic and practical solutions led me to become a Certified Facilitator of Systemic Constellations with specialties in family, business, and organizational systems.
Throughout two decades of design and research, I was part of an era of digital transformation creating shockwaves in our society that many people are grappling with. I was often looking at the unintended consequences this shift was having on our social fabric; on the everyday experiences of people whose lives we were intending to improve; and on our collective mental health. Surely, there must be a better way.
This led me to travel far and wide to learn how individuals can navigate a strong undertow of social currents, find meaning, and make a positive impact.
The tools I find most practical for my clients include trainings in Family & Systemic Constellations with many leading experts in systems thinking and recovery from historical trauma.
I also draw on mindfulness and a love of hearing people’s unique life stories and experience.
