About the Project
Over the course of 3 years I worked on a wide variety of ecommerce projects to support the Williams-Sonoma brands: Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, PBTeen, Pottery Barn Kids, West Elm, and Rejuvenation.
One of most extensive projects was a redesign of the checkout flow. This project was at a moment when tablets and tap-friendly interfaces were forcing new requirements for retailers. Since even minor changes can have a tremendous effect on user behavior and site revenue, the new flow needed to be closely analyzed and highly optimized from a usability perspective.
